A. Yes! Our web site offers a sampling of our high quality products, but our Bayberry Lane catalog is filled with best-sellers and some of our finest products, and our full product line catalog is filled with over 320 full color pages of products!! A. Our web site offers a sampling of our high quality products. Our catalog offers over 3000 items, with new items being added all the time, to both our on-line and print catalog!

Q. Is it safe to use my credit card? Is your site secure?
A. Yes. In fact, it is safer to use your credit card on our site than at a shopping mall. Our on-line catalog is equipped with Secure Socket Layer technology with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Once your information reaches us, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Our transaction servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers necessary to process your order and send it off to you.

Q. How do I place an order?

A. Click on any 'Product' link anywhere on our web site. You will then be taken to our on-line catalog store where you can browse our products by choosing a category from the menu bar on the left side. You can add an item to your shopping cart at anytime by clicking the "Add To Cart" button. Or, if you would only like to make a single purchase, you may click the "Buy One Now" button. When you are ready to complete your order, select "checkout" from top right corner of the screen.

If you are ordering from our printed catalog, simply call, fax or mail in your order using our contact information on the back of the catalog.

Q.What's the difference between 'Add One to Cart' and 'Buy One Now'?
A. If you click 'Add One to Cart', it will add the item to your shopping cart, and you may conveniently continue shopping. If you know you only want 1 item, then click on "Buy One Now", and you'll be taken directly to the checkout screen.

Q. I'm having problems checking out. What should I do?
A. Delightful Expressions.Com uses the highest levels of credit card authorization security - this means that your credit card billing name and address information must exactly match the information your credit card issuing bank has on record. If you have further problems, please contact Customer Support.

A. You may print an order form to fax in an order here.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. Visa, Mastercard, Money Order, Personal Check, Business Check. When you order with your credit card from our web site, or via phone, postal mail or fax, your order is processed immediately. Orders paid with money orders are processed as soon as we receive the Money Order. Orders paid by check or automatic checking account withdrawal are processed as soon as your check clears.

Q. I have a question about my order. Can I check my order status?
A. Simply contact Customer Service with any questions related to your order. Please include your confirmation number and order date, name and complete shipping address.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. If an item arrives damaged or incomplete, please e-mail us immediately. Please contact our ordering department within 14 days of purchase if you wish to return an item. Please include your name, order number and reason for return. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, and must also be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Q. What is your shipping & handling policy?

A. All orders are promptly processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground Service, which normally takes 2-14 days total fulfillment time depending on your shipping destination's zone. UPS requires a physical address and does not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Q. Do you ship outside the United States?
A. Due to long delivery times, enormous shipping costs, international Customs hassles and duties, we do not normally ship outside the U.S. If you wish to purchase from our web site or request a printed catalog and are outside of the U.S., please e-mail Customer Support.
